Robert Freilich joined the firm as an associate in May 2007. He received his B.S. from Cornell University in 2001 and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2004. During law school, Rob was a member of Fordham’s Intellectual Property Law Journal and a finalist in Fordham’s Maurice J. Wormser Corporate Law Moot Court Competition, later representing Fordham at the Craven Moot Court Competition at the University of North Carolina.
Rob is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, having worked on cases involving such matters as a rights of first refusal, usurpation of a corporate opportunity, covenants not to compete, contract disputes, corporate dissolutions, copyright violations, and other business related disputes.
Rob was previously associated with the law firms of Kriss & Feuerstein LLP and Collazo Carling & Mish LLP.
