Alexis R. Majano joined Rottenberg Lipman Rich as an Associate in 2024.
Alexis concentrates his practice in Real Estate Law and Transactions and Corporate Law. Prior to joining RLR, Alexis represented institutional and individual clients on real estate and corporate transactions. Specifically, commercial purchases/sales, private lending, entity formation, construction financing, joint ventures, restructuring, borrower/buyer transactional work, leasing, commercial leasing of all sizes for both landlords and tenants, drafting complex Operating Agreements, and negotiating Asset Purchase Agreements.
Prior to joining RLR, Alexis served in the United States Marine Corps with the 6th Communications Battalion in New York as a field radio operator and communications specialist for 6 years.
Alexis completed his time in service with the Marine Corps as a reservist in 2019.
