Zack Rosenberg joined Rottenberg Lipman Rich, P.C. as an associate in 2015. His diverse practice includes litigating commercial, employment, bankruptcy, and insurance litigation before federal and state courts and advising small and midsize companies regarding commercial transactions, governance, and insurance coverage.
Prior to joining Rottenberg Lipman Rich, P.C., Mr. Rosenberg was associated with Baker & Hostetler LLP (2012-2015), where he successfully defended a hospital in a data breach class action, collaborated with forensic accountants and certified fraud examiners to prove that specific individuals knew of Bernard Madoff’s fraud, and prepared consulting and service agreements, bylaws, board resolutions, and corporate policies.
Mr. Rosenberg received his BA and MA in Political Science from Columbia University in 2009, where he created and became the first to graduate from its accelerated Bachelors-Masters program, and received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012. Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
