Larry Rose is of counsel in RLR’s real estate group. Larry has spent the past three plus decades practicing real estate and business law in New York. He is a commercial real estate attorney with substantial experience in most areas of commercial practice, including office, retail and industrial leasing, development work, acquisitions and sales, and financing.

After starting his legal career at Hartman & Craven LLP in the early 80’s, where he led the real estate group from 1986 until 1996, Larry co-founded Koffler & Rose LLP, the predecessor to Rose Law Associates PLLC, to provide clients with efficient and effective commercial real estate counsel.

Larry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Brown University in Providence, R.I. He went on to receive a law degree from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Mo., in 1981. Larry is a member of the New York State Bar Association, serving on the Commercial Leasing Subcommittee of the Real Property Law Committee.

Larry, an avid tennis player who was captain of the Brown varsity tennis team, served on the Board of Directors of the New York Junior Tennis and Learning (NYJTL) for many years. Each year, the non-profit organization provides free after-school tennis lessons, tutoring, and college prep training to more than 100,000 children throughout New York City’s five boroughs. Larry is now involved in several non-profits based in Park City, Utah, including the local public radio station, and many arts and conservation organizations.
